feasibility study of commercial development at  Sengkang Depot

Ricky was leading an electrical & mechanical engineering team for the feasibility study of the commercial development on top of existing railway depot at Sengkang, Singapore.

Sengkang Depot is a train depot in Sengkang, Singapore operated by SBS Transit. It is the first co-location of facilities for both the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT). It maintains the trains for the North East Line and Sengkang LRT and Punggol LRT, and also houses the control centre of the three lines.
