Enhancement Works in Civic District 

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has carried out a series of enhancement works to create a greener, safer and more walkable park setting within the Civic District. The works, which were carried out in two phases, have helped to stitch together the spaces around Padang and better link up the Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM), Victoria Theatre & Victoria Concert Hall (VTVCH), the National Gallery Singapore (NGS), Empress Place and Esplanade Park as an integrated arts, culture and lifestyle precinct.  

Ricky was leading an engineering team working with Architect and other project team member to conduct the electrical and mechanical infrastructure service design such as power supply, lighting system, communication system from concept to detailed design.
